"Oh My God" (c) 2010 by Jim Yackel

The oil has ceased flowing into the Gulf of Mexico - for the time being. Victories will be celebrated and high-fives will be slapped above shoulders. The Arrogant Marionette will cock his head back, smirk, and assign all credit to his administration for the staunching of the oily flow. Can America go back to sleep now that all is swell with the oil well?

This writer has seen the word "loss" written on the foreheads of a number of individuals and in that I have been saddened and troubled. These are people who if they have accepted the saving grace of Jesus Christ they've turned their backs on Him and chosen to walk a darker path - one that is not illuminated by His supernatural streetlights. These people will suffer great loss during the most intense days of the Storm and may not have the strength and spiritual fortitude to cope with it. When the Storm reaches its furious climax in the coming months, many - even those who have the Lord securely at their sides - will suffer loss. But those who walk in the shadow of the Almighty will have the strength and fortitude to overcome the loss.

"Lost" - this is a place where much of America lives on July 16th, 2010. "Found" is an area where most of these have chosen not to be. Death is what will be the end result of making the conscious choice to be of the Unfound.

Many of those who choose to remain lost will be buried in an icy snow that emanates from the Spiritual and manifests itself in the Natural. As the snow is plowed onto them, they will scream "oh my god" but what sort of false god will they be screaming to? They do not know that false gods do not have ears to hear. "Oh my god" will be three empty words screamed in abject, painful distress as the snow that falls during the height of this oncoming multi-faceted and highly-dynamic Storm will crush the styrofoam huts that these Unfound have chosen for themselves - thinking that they were living in prime real estate. They have instead consciously chosen to live like the pig that built his house of straw.

They have heard the word of our Lord and yet they've chosen to not accept it while instead worshiping Allah, Buddah, Dollar Bill, Statues, Themselves, Wicca, or nothing at all. This writer is saddened and angered that they have chosen to die this way. It is my hope that as the Storm brings mayhem over the months that are the swansong of 2010, at least some of these will choose life before it is too late. Instead of screaming "oh my god" my hope and prayer is that some of these will speak from the heart and say "save me Jesus."

Can we pray?

Lord - until the Storm hits with its fullest fury, many will not understand the scope of what this event is and likewise who you are. Your glory will be manifested through the most tumultuous of days and your power will be demonstrated as miracles will be performed that spare lives and save souls. As the snow piles up and the winds wail, as the earth shakes and bombs detonate - despite all the pain and mayhem you will be there to bring order to the chaos as only you can. Maybe then Lord? Maybe only then they will see you and believe in you? Maybe only then the Unfound who you pull back from the gaping crevice will accept your grace and mercy which will carry them into eternal life? Perhaps Lord, this pre-Tribulation Storm event is the only way?

Use us Lord, to appeal to them. Give us the walks, the words, and the works. Let us be Storm Troopers that will bring honor and glory to your mighty name. Please use us to sustain life through the Storm.

Jesus - the name above all names who is our first love. In your glorious name we pray, amen.
