This writer has had a vision this morning of upside-down U.S. flags flapping vigorously on strong breezes. These are signs of distress, and I saw these flags raised on poles in front of buildings I do not recognize. My sense is that these buildings are town halls and seats of government for various U.S. municipalities. Likewise, I have seen in this vision upside-down stars and bars hung in the living room picture window of a turquoise-colored ranch house. Might this house be yours?

In this vision there was more. I envisioned the Arrogant Marionette who currently holds the title of President of these United States. He was cocking his head back in laughter and my sense was that he was savoring some variety of victory. I can assure you that this perceived victory was in fact loss for this nation. A devastating event or series of events took this nation by surprise as it was to the greatest degree unprepared and yet, the Arrogant Marionette knew what was coming. To sound as thought I am bordering on playing the role of a conspiracy theorist, this catastrophe in the vision may have been a "False Flag" event orchestrated by the Federal Government in order to affect a desired result, no matter how much damage it did. Whatever the case may be, the scenario placed this nation or a section of it into a mode where flags were flown upside-down as a signal of dire distress indicating an instance of extreme danger to life or property.


God blessed the United States of America and she grew in to the most free, most prosperous, and most powerful nation in the world. Over time, her culture has grown licentious, lazy, and increasingly carnal. Far too many of her people have turned away from the One, True, Living, Triune God and have instead created their own golden calves of worship or have followed false religions that are self-centered, trendy, and more acceptable to the popular culture. An increasing number of her people are turning to Islam and Kabbalah, but no matter which of these many false paths they may choose, they are walking blindly into death.


In recent months, the Arrogant Marionette has not only turned his back on Israel but has in essense stuck his thumb into that tiny nation that is the apple of God's eye. This president does not care for Israel nor act in her best interests. Additionally, having been churched by Reverend Jeremiah Wright for twenty years who sermonized "Not God bless America - God damn America! It's in the Bible, for killing innocent people - God damn America for treating its citizens as less than human!" he may not have much love for the United States of America that he was selected then elected to preside over.


As the Supernatural Storm is intensifying, America is in great danger from within and without. She is a nation in distress whose people must turn away from their debauchery and toward Jesus Christ. Time is not on the side of this nation's people as the remaining weeks and months of 2010 will be telling if not troubling. This writer's sense is that a terrible wake-up call is making its way through the wires and is about to ring this nation's metaphorical phones.
May we pray?

Dear Lord - We continue to pray for provision and protection. There is much obfuscation and deception cast about America and the world in August of 2010. Many today are in distress, and it is likely that greater distress will be visited upon many. We ask for Your guidance and strength and an explosioin of Your Holy Spirit upon the weak, spiritually blind, and the deceived. And please Lord, protect us from our enemies supernatural and natural, within this nation and without. Even so Lord, come quickly! Jesus - the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, in Your glorious name we pray, Amen!
