Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one gets to the Father but through Him. This is the truth and it seems so simple that a child could understand, doesn't it?
God is the Father. God is not some cosmic puffball who can be reached and touched for an eternity by following one of any number of paths that work best for you. God is One who is made up of three parts and they are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Son is Jesus, who as 1/3 of the Godhead, is as much God as the Father and the Holy Spirit are. It is simple math: 1 + 1 + 1 = 1. Allah is not God. Buddha is not God. Gaia is not God. God is God, and we are not. God is triune, and to review, there is one way to His eternal salvation and that way is through the 1/3 who is the son Yeshua - commonly known in English as Jesus. If you are not comfortable with this truth or my view of it, I am sorry, but I tried to tell you!
As the Storm is intensifying, media personalities such as Glenn Beck, whom I love and admire as a patriot and as a family man, are claiming that America is turning back to "God." But what "God" is America turning back to? Is it the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who is the aforementioned Triune God who gave His one and only son so that we may have eternal life? Or, is America turning to the cosmic puffball conceptual God - the "higher power" who can be reached anyway that you choose, as long as you are a good person who sincerely believes that there is this mystical, magical, yet wholly Holy who is looking down from Heaven right now, trying to make everything A-OK for America and who will, come November, chase all of those liberals out of the House and Senate; thereby making America the great country once again that it should be.
America, please be careful of what "God" you turn back to. Satan is powerful, slippery, and deceptive - but he is not the brother of Jesus, as some will claim. Be mindful that there is a Hell and while there is but one way to Heaven, there are many, many paths to Hell's eternal damnation. There is one God and one way to reach Him: by accepting the atonement for our sins that Jesus made on the cross through His death and subsequent resurrection after three days. There are no varying levels of Heaven or salvation that you can aspire to through faith in Jesus coupled with your own good works. His grace is sufficient for you. There is nothing you can do to increase that level of grace, as it is finished. There is no "universal" multi-path method to get to Heaven and to stay out of Hell. Faith in Jesus the Christ and His death and resurrection is it - period.
We are all sinners and fall short of the Glory of God, no matter how good other people tell us that we are. We all need to be blood-stained with the redeeming blood that Jesus Christ shed for us. Please, accept this beautiful, scarlet-colored truth as there is nothing that you can do on your own to grant you eternal life. America, please turn back to our Holy, Triune God today as a growing Storm is befalling this nation in August of 2010 and the worst of it is soon to blow through our doors and windows.

Dear Lord - Please, this nation of America must turn back to You. This nation is being deceived and mislead into believing as truth fatal fairy tales of multiple paths to "God" proffered by the Father of Lies who is the cast-out angel, Satan. Please Jesus, move in mighty and miraculous ways so the blind and deceived will see. You have put a burden on my heart that time is running short and that the wake-up call must come. You will shine, praise your name - Jesus! In your glorious and powerful name we pray, amen!
